Site Manager - Norwich
Reds10, an award-winning off-site construction company, is looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team. We design and deliver high-quality, sustainable buildings for the public sector and this team will be managing the construction of a new school.

As the Site Manager, you’ll work closely with the Senior Site Manager managing operations on site and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Manage construction programmes, subcontractors, and resource planning.
- Monitor progress, report to the Head of Construction, and flag potential risks.
- Use BIM models to inform and guide construction execution.
- Keep the team engaged, productive, and aligned with project goals.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing construction sites with a strong safety and quality focus - Essential
- IT literate - Essential
- SMSTS qualification – Essential
- CSCS card – Essential
- First Aid at work – Essential
- Knowledge or prior use of ACC (Autodesk) - Desirable
- Temporary Works Coordinator - Desirable
- HND/NVQ in Construction Management or similar – Desirable
- CIOB membership – Desirable
