About the Role:

Reds10 is on the lookout for a driven client-facing Senior Project Manager to take the lead on delivering high-impact projects within our thriving Public Sector team.

Based at our modern and vibrant Central London office, this is a key leadership role that involves managing multiple projects, overseeing delivery through both preconstruction and construction, through RIBA Stages 2-7.

• Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale, high-profile construction projects with complexity and ambition.
• Inspiring leader and confident communicator, skilled at guiding and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• In-depth expertise in risk management, opportunity identification, and effective change control.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and a passion for modern methods of construction and innovation (desirable).
• Deep commitment to health, safety, and sustainability at every stage of project delivery.
• Well-versed in all phases of the project lifecycle, with hands-on experience in both preconstruction and construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Impact: Shape and drive project delivery strategies that align seamlessly with both client expectations and company goals—ensuring every project is a success story.
• Own the Full Project Lifecycle: Take charge of end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning and risk assessment to design coordination, commercial oversight and contract negotiation.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Act as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Champion Sustainability: Lead the delivery of ambitious carbon reduction goals and social value commitments—making a real difference in the communities we serve.
• Ensure Excellence and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards by ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and Reds10’s ISO-certified quality and safety protocols, including CDM regulations.
• Deliver Insightful Reporting: Monitor progress and provide insightful, data-driven reports to clients and senior leadership—highlighting achievements and identifying opportunities.
• Drive Innovation and Efficiency: Continuously improve project processes by eliminating inefficiencies, enhancing productivity, and embedding a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Project/Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrable experience in project management throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Membership of (or working towards) a professional body, e.g. CIOB, RICS. (Desirable)
